LEEFIX provides man and van services across London and surrounding areas by review. Business contact and trading details will be kept updated on this website as the service setup is finalised.

Customers can contact LEEFIX through the quote form or contact section on this website.

• Name, phone number, email address and preferred contact method.
• Pickup, drop-off, job-site, storage or business addresses entered for a quote.
• Job details including access, stairs, lifts, parking, item notes, timing and customer messages.
• Photos uploaded for quote accuracy, access checks, parking checks or clearance review.
• Quote, invoice, deposit, payment status and audit records needed to run the job.

• To respond to quote requests and prepare accurate job pricing.
• To arrange bookings, routes, access, parking and customer contact.
• To keep internal accounting, invoice, receipt and audit records.
• To handle customer questions, disputes, safety checks and service improvement.
• To meet legal, tax, accounting or regulatory duties where they apply.

Customer photos are used to understand items, access, parking, stairs, lifts, clearance condition and job risk. Photos are stored privately and are not intended for public marketing use without permission.

• Vercel for website hosting and server routes.
• Supabase for database records, private photo storage and operational data.
• Google Maps Platform for address autocomplete and place details.
• Email, payment or notification providers only when those services are connected later.

Quote, job, message, payment and accounting records may be kept for operational, tax, accounting, dispute and safety reasons. The current internal retention setting is 72 months, pending final LEEFIX/legal confirmation.

• Ask what personal information is held about you.
• Ask for incorrect information to be corrected.
• Ask for information to be deleted where it no longer needs to be kept.
• Object to or restrict some uses of your information.
• Complain to the ICO if you are unhappy with how your information is handled.

LEEFIX should keep its data protection duties under review, including whether a data protection fee or registration step applies.
