Quote Conditions

• Quotes are based on the details provided by the customer.
• Extra items, different access, more stairs, long walking distance, waiting time, parking issues or address changes may change the final price.
• Photos help improve accuracy but do not replace LEEFIX review where the job is complex or unclear.
• Clearance, waste, heavy items, no parking, strict time slots, long carry and unclear details may need manual review.

• Provide accurate item, address, access, parking and timing details.
• Tell LEEFIX before the job if anything changes.
• Make sure items are ready, packed where agreed and safe to move.
• Keep access clear and arrange parking, permits, lifts, loading bays or building permissions where needed.
• Point out fragile, high-value, damaged, unsafe or awkward items before work starts.

• A booking deposit is required for all jobs once LEEFIX confirms the quote.
• No online payment is taken from the quote form.
• Deposit/payment instructions are confirmed by LEEFIX before booking.
• The remaining balance is due as agreed with LEEFIX, normally when the job is completed or before unloading for certain jobs.
• Bank transfer details are only provided directly by LEEFIX when that payment method is agreed.

• If consumer cancellation rights apply, customers may have a 14-day cancellation period.
• If the customer asks for work to begin during that period, they may need to pay for work completed before cancellation.
• Short-notice cancellations, failed access, no parking, missing keys, unsafe conditions or customer no-shows may affect deposit or waiting charges.
• LEEFIX may confirm job-specific cancellation terms before booking.

Waiting time may apply if the job is delayed by keys, access, parking, customer readiness, building restrictions or loading bay issues. Parking, permits, congestion, tolls and similar route costs may be charged as pass-through costs where applicable and agreed.

Customers should identify existing damage, fragile items, unsafe items, loose parts, poor packing or high-value items before the job starts. LEEFIX must not make any insurance promise unless it has been confirmed in writing for the booking.

• Clearance/waste jobs are manual-review first.
• Disposal costs depend on waste type, volume, access and lawful disposal requirements.
• Waste carrier or disposal details are confirmed before booking where they are relevant.
• Some waste types may be declined or require specialist disposal.
